San Francisco Ghirardelli Square Chocolate Festival promises plenty of chocolate for all those out there who can never get enough of this creamy, dreamy treat.
The event benefits Project Open Hand, and hosts more than 30 booths that feature a great variety of chocolate sensations from some of the Bay Area’s best restaurants and bakeries. Are you heading for the square yet? If the chocolate alone isn’t enough for you (if that’s the case, what is wrong with you?), then you also will find plenty of family-friendly activities over the course of the two days.
Enjoy chef demonstrations, kids’ entertainment and live music. The festival is a great combination of a cool atmosphere, thanks to the venue, and fun entertainment and stuff to do.
Add that to the main draw—that delicious, wonderful, silky chocolate, and you’ve got an event that’s fun, engaging, and downright yummy, too. Put that diet aside for a couple of days and indulge your sweet tooth.
