LoveParade. Feel the love when LoveParade brings its electronic music mega-event back to San Francisco, using the universal language of music to bring people together for the cause of tolerance, respect and understanding among nations.
Enjoy scores of floats, legions of musicians, hundreds of DJs and the raw power of many genres of music to unite the thousands of parade goers who will attend this year’s events.
As the parade takes the streets of San Francisco, it creates a web connecting similar events around the globe, from Chile to Austria, England to Israel and Mexico to South America, with a laser focus on fun, food, dancing and electronic music of every variety, including house, techno, trance, new school breaks, drum and brass, jungle and underground hip hop.
But be forewarned: this is not the usual parade where spectators line the streets and look on as the parade passes. Instead, be prepared to join the parade, to BE the parade, dancing to the beat and joining in the celebration all the way to the civic center.
