The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival encompasses over 200 artistic, cultural and community events that occur each May through October in Yerba Buena Gardens. The events are all free to the public and include popular and operatic music series, cultural festivals, dance performances, international music concerts, and Family and Children's programming in the Rooftop Gardens and Carousel Plaza of Yerba Buena Gardens.

The mission of Yerba Buena Arts & Events is to enhance the quality of life in Yerba Buena Gardens through a wide array of artistic, community and cultural programs and presentations. These programs are all free to the public and reflect the rich diversity of the residents, tourists and visitors to San Francisco and the Bay Area.
