The Union Street Festival in San Francisco celebrates its yearly event with an impressive roaster of entertainers to be featured at the city‘s preeminent two-day art and music street festival. Spanning the musical styles of pop and cool easy jazz, to the soul searching blues and highly rhythmic sounds of flamenco, rock Latin and acoustic guitar, the Union Street Festival will offer non-stop entertainment on two stages at Webster and Gough streets.
More than 200 artist booths, bistro-style eateries and beer and wine gardens will be positioned along a six-block stretch. The splendor and charm of Union Street‘s 19th century Victorian architecture provides the setting for the Festival, a beloved summer highlight for close to 100,000 art festival enthusiasts. This festival heralds the beginning of the summer street festivals and fairs in San Francisco. The high quality of art to be featured at this year‘s Festival has been carefully juried and will showcase 200 exhibiting artists, adding to the many prestigious fine art and retail businesses already located on Union Street.
The Festival will also showcase 20 gourmet restaurants and purveyors of food. And to wash down the savory delicacies will be a refreshing selection.
