The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is located in nearby Berkeley, just 12 miles from downtown San Francisco. This hotel is relatively new, built in 2000. Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate the whole family in comfort and plenty of kid-friendly amenities make your stay here quite pleasant.
There‘s a VCR, lots of cable channels, and high-speed internet access. Cribs are available upon request. For the parents, there‘s both a coffee and tea maker and suites include a full size refrigerator. The hotel also boasts a large complimentary onsite fitness facility.
Though the Holiday Inn Express doesn‘t have its own restaurant, they do serve a delightful morning meal known as the Express Start Breakfast Bar. Just right for kids who don‘t want a full hot breakfast, this complimentary spread includes fruits, juices, cereals, breads and pastries, hard-boiled eggs, and hot coffee and tea. Delicious! Nearby restaurants, within easy walking distance of the hotel, offer lots of options for the remainder of the day‘s meals.
